Very peaceful hike, without difficulty, in a landscape of plain and forest in the towns of La Boissière-École and Tratre Gaudran.
Departure from Place St Jean.
Go up the small path which leads to rue Henri Lagrée. turn to right then, at the Proxi shop, turn left. pass the church and, about 200m later, take the path on the right (1). At the crossing of chemins de la Croix Blanche, turn left and go straight on until the intersection with a small road (2). Cross it in front. Continue on the path by turning first to the right, after the trees, then to the left (3).
Cross the GR de Pays, go straight ahead and after about 300m (4), turn to LAW. New intersection (5). To turn left.
Continue straight, successively leaving two paths to the right, and reach a fork (6). Go straight ahead, leave a start of the path on the right and come to a second fork (7). Turn right and continue until the next intersection (8). Turn right and continue straight, passing a few chalets and a cross. Once on the road (9), turn right, then immediately after, right again on the road in front of the town hall.
Follow this road, straight on, for about 2.5 km, to reach the place called the Black Tail. On the road (10), turn right. This is the road to the Hauteville to La Boissière-Ecole. Climb the hill and at the intersection with the GR of country (11), at the top, turn left on the latter. Once at the end of path, in front of a telecommunications pylon, turn right on the Route de l'Epinette, and 400m after (12), turn right onto the path that climbs through the fields of La Boissière-Ecole. Arrived at the intersection of the White Cross, go straight ahead and take the outward path, in the direction reverse, to return to the starting point.
