The ponds of Holland

Departure from the car park located near the forest house of the Rabbit Grille. At the car park, take the Route du Coupe-gorge and continue straight to the pond of the same name.

Go around the pond to the right, staying on the paved road and continue straight ahead until the Renardière crossroads, where there is a small car park. Take the road on your right for more than a kilometer. At the second crossing, cross the wooden barrier to continue on your left and continue your way to the Grande Rue Verte in Perray-en Yvelines.

At the crossroads located 300 meters before the bridge which passes under the national road 10, turn left rue du Rotoir, in the direction of the hamlet of Fourneaux and continue your way for one kilometer. At the stop sign, turn left, rue de la Touche then immediately right at the fork

Go straight. You arrive at Les Bréviaires, hamlet of the Red Cross.

At the Croix Rouge crossroads, turn right towards Les Bréviaires. Go through the village then at the next crossroads, turn right in the direction of Perray and continue for about 100 meters. Here you are at the National Stud.

Turn around and turn right. At the stop sign, take the road on your right following the directional sign. On leaving the village, take Chemin du Moulin on your right. At La Croix Vaudin, continue straight on along the path that runs along the Bois de Pourras. About 500 meters further on take the path on the left which enters the wood. You see the Emperor's Pavilion.

Pass in front of the building then continue straight between the two hedges, along the dyke. At the wooden barrier, continue straight, then take the first right.

Cross the RD 191 and turn left to enter Saint-Hubert. Continue on your way, rue du Gouvernement. At the stop sign, turn left, rue de la Foret. At the end of the street, turn left then pass the wooden barrier and continue on the cycle path. At the crossroads, turn left onto the cycle path and continue straight for 2 km. At the junction with the RD 191, turn left.
Immediately turn right on the RD60 in the direction of Petites Yvelines and Bréviaires. Continue on the main road and turn right towards the Etangs de Hollande.
At the next crossroads (before the green barrier), turn right along the ponds of Holland. Continue straight on the paved road and pass in front of the leisure center. At the stop sign, turn left. Cross the dike then take the first right. At the next intersection, take the cycle path on your left.
Cross the D 61 to continue on the cycle path. You pass in front of the Vilpert ponds.

At the Croix de Vilpert, continue on the cycle path for 4 kilometres. You pass the crossroads of La Bosse and Maintenon and reach the Porte de Saint-Leger forest house. Continue straight on the paved road. At the stop sign, turn right to reach the car park.
