Inherited from a family of pastry chefs from father to son since 1888, our biscuit factory has developed while retaining its family spirit and artisanal know-how, with traditional recipes.
Madeleines, Fruit Cakes, Financiers, Amandines, Moelleux au Chocolat, Petits Fours, Waffles, Palets and Shortbread are made daily in our production workshops.
