In the heart of the Rambouillet forest, Espace Rambouillet is a 250-hectare animal park where you can observe deer, wild boar and birds of prey in semi-freedom, along immersive trails and nature activities for the whole family, in the heart of preserved nature.

Visiting Espace Rambouillet means meeting the forest's large animals—deer, does, roe deer, fallow deer, and wild boar—and understanding their ecosystem. Get up close and observe large mammals and birds of prey thanks to several discovery areas.

The Wild Forest
The heart of 180 hectares of deep woods has some nice surprises in store for you as long as you are patient and attentive. In fact, animals leave some clues such as droppings, footprints or even grazed young shoots. The magic is complete when suddenly a doe with her fawn, a wild boar, or a large deer appear.

The Deer Forest
Stags, does and roe deer roam in this space of approximately 5 hectares. Discovering these large forest animals is easy! Simply walk an 1 meter discovery trail that features observation posts, information panels, wooden silhouettes and casts of footprints.

The Forest of Eagles
Finally, enter a world populated by eagles in the Forest of Eagles. The forest brings together more than 120 raptors, almost 30 different species. You will be impressed by the majestic ballet of birds of prey presented in free flight by the falconers of Espace Rambouillet. And if the profession of falconer attracts you, you can share this family moment with your children by becoming a “Falconer for a day”. This exciting profession will be explained to you and you will even be able to assist them!

The Forest of Wolves (new in 2025)
Immerse yourself in the heart of wolf territory and observe this fascinating animal in a protected setting. The pack roams freely in a vast natural enclosure spanning over one hectare, providing an environment close to its wild habitat. Thanks to two specially designed observatories, you can admire the wolves and decipher their behavior without disturbing their tranquility.

A special moment to better understand this emblem of nature and feel all the magic of its presence.

The Forest of Emile the Squirrel
This is THE new experience at Espace Rambouillet: giant trampolines suspended between the trees for you to wander around and leap like a squirrel attacking the branches.
