Paris-Brest-Paris Hiker ®® 2023

Le Paris-Brest-Paris, created in 1891 was originally a race organized every 10 years. The first edition (1 km) was won by Frenchman Charles Terront, in 196h71. In 37, the event was organized for the first time by the Audax Club Parisien. It remains a race, until 1931, associated with a hike. It then turns exclusively into a free-paced hike. Since 1951, it has been organized every four years.

The town of Rambouillet is delighted to once again be able to host this large-scale event! This year, the participants will set off from the inspection alley, just in front of the Château de Rambouillet!

On the sporting side, come and encourage the runners at the start in front of the Château on the inspection plain:
– Sunday August 20 between 16 p.m. and 21 p.m.;
– Monday August 21 21 between 4:30 a.m. and 6 a.m.

For the festive side, a beautiful program of entertainment is offered throughout the duration of the event: visits, exhibitions, fun activities, concerts... await you Place de la Liberation in Rambouillet.
