Located in La Boissière-Ecole, the Ferme de La Tremblaye has been making traditional farm cheeses since 1967 with its own herd.
The farm is deeply rooted in agroecological approaches, promoting agricultural practices that respect the soil and the environment, respect for animal welfare and the improvement of working conditions for people.
