Gîte of 140 m² fitted out in a pretty and large farmhouse from the end of the 19th century. Located on a farm that can accommodate a total of up to 9 people.

Cottage 140 m²; On the ground floor, you will have access to a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with sofa and TV. On the same level, you can access a first bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be converted into a 180x200 bed on request. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Bathroom with separate shower and WC.
Upstairs, accessible by a staircase, you will have a second bedroom with 2 modular beds of 90x200 and a dressing room, a third bedroom with two beds of 90x200 and an extra bed of 90x200 (chair); and a fourth bedroom with three 90x200 modular beds opening directly onto a private furnished terrace with garden furniture (view over the fields). A second terrace is accessible on the ground floor, it is covered. Possibility to park in the courtyard of the closed property. Non-smoking cottage.
