The astonishing 200 m² gîte is located in a water mill and consists of a beautiful kitchen (oven, fridge) and a very large living room including a fireplace (and TV). On the 1st floor you will find 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160*200cm and an adjoining bathroom (bathtub and WC), 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90*200cm, 1 bathroom (shower and WC) and an office. On the 2nd floor are 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160*200cm, and a nice relaxation area.
Parking on site 100 meters away. Sheets, linens and towels provided, beds made on arrival (included in the price). Gas heating charges included.
A pond and several water points, not fenced, surround the property. It is therefore important to supervise young children
