La Chèvrerie de Vilpert was born in 2002 with the construction of a small goat farm.
Their goats come from Germany, Belgium, or find their origins in Holland, England and even the United States. Their animals are fed with hay produced on the farm without pesticides or fertilizers and cereals from organic farming.
Cheese production is developed with the idea of “capturing” all the refinement and subtleties that the terroir can offer.
