La Grange des 3 Shanti is a regenerative and bio-intensive market garden of 500 m2 located in Sonchamp, at the gates of Paris, in the Rambouillet forest in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse regional natural park.
From March to December, the micro-farm sees greenery, micro-greenery, edible herbs and flowers, and mushrooms grow.
SPIN farming (S-mall P-lot IN-tensive) is their basic model: a small cultivated area, close to a city, production with rapid cycles, great adaptability, optimization of maintenance, low indebtedness, ecologically virtuous and entrepreneurial. In the end, do more with less and think big while being small!
An agricultural practice very little known in Europe that they are proud to embody in the manner of pioneers.
