It is in the commune of Orsonville, that the farmer's family set up the family farm. Pascal Dupré started the green bean activity for the fresh market in 1987. His farm today covers 160 hectares, including 80 hectares of wheat, and 40 hectares of green beans. The grower markets his production of green beans under the name "Larry Cover", illustrated with an animated green bean. A nod to children who need to be made more particularly aware of the benefits of this green vegetable, often less appreciated by young taste buds. The opportunity to rediscover this vegetable!
