The 3 Farms

Les 3 Fermes is a potato farm located in Ablis in the Yvelines

Previously divided into two farms, the family farm of 427 hectares (including 175 in the Yvelines) was then grouped together. Eighteen years ago, the family decided to open the Sarl of the three farms in order to market and package their potatoes. Hervé and Olivier PERCHERON are the co-managers of this Sarl and produce three varieties of potatoes on 85 hectares in Yvelines: Charlotte, Gourmandine and Franceline.
