Eric VOIRON, in addition to his brilliant career, trained among the greatest (the Troisgros brothers, Pierre Gagnaire, Marc Veyrat, etc.). He chose the village and the Terrasses de Clairefontaine to express all his talent in this enchanting and peaceful setting.
