Embark on a friendly day of cycling through the heart of the Yvelines countryside. Between forests, ponds and charming villages, let yourself be guided to discover an exceptional natural site… and open your eyes wide.
•THE DAY'S PROGRAM:
10am: Everyone in the saddle! Departure from Essarts-le-Roi train station.
We set off for a lovely walk of about [distance] passing through the villages of Perray-en-Yvelines and Auffargis, before returning to Essarts-le-Roi.
12pm: Picnic by the water
We arrive at the Saint-Hubert ponds for a well-deserved lunch break. Settle down facing the water, enjoy the peace and quiet… and let nature do the rest.
14 p.m.: Nature Immersion
Accompanied by our nature reserve guide, Solen Boivin, set off on a walking exploration in the heart of the Saint-Hubert ponds. On the agenda: vibrant spring flora, migratory birds, the first dragonflies, and the fascinating history of the site, excavated in the 17th century to supply water to the gardens of Versailles.
16 p.m.: Smooth return
We get back on our bikes, passing through the villages of Perray-en-Yvelines and Auffargis, before reaching Les Essarts-le-Roi.

Trains connecting Paris Montparnasse station and Les Essarts-le-Roi are equipped with bicycle spaces.
