The Pavillon du Verger, an unusual and little-known place in the heart of the garden of the Palace of the King of Rome.
This pavilion was commissioned by the Duke of Penthièvre in the early 1770s and has a charming decor of children's games.
The latter, figured on plaster medallions imitating biscuit porcelain, are enhanced by a delicate shades of blue and faux marble lower paneling.
In the annex, built on the site of a former wardrobe, an interpretation area with audio-visual material provides a better understanding of the history of the place.
