    • Workshop participation in milking goats and cheese making at the Ferme de la Tremblaye with lunch/tasting and visit of the farm.
    • Guided tour of the Biscuiterie de la Vallée de Chevreuse in Essarts-le-Roi, an artisanal biscuit factory, by its owner; with product tasting.
    • Conference workshop with tasting at the Cave Rambolitaine, with its passionate owner.
    • Overnight stay at the hotel in a double room
