    • Morning: guided tour of the Moulin de Rambouillet. Partner of the National Sheepfold, the Mill transforms cereals and legumes into wheat, rye, chickpea, lentil or buckwheat flour; the Mill favors its products for short and local circuits.
    • Noon: lunch in a local restaurant
    • Afternoon: guided tour of the artisanal biscuit factory in the Vallée de Chevreuse by its owner.
