The label rewards the commitment of municipalities to improve the quality of life and the overall attractiveness strategy implemented through landscape, plants and flowers.
The criteria assess:
– The overall approach to municipal development.
– Actions to facilitate and promote this approach to the population, visitors and stakeholders who may be concerned.
– The presentation of plant heritage and flowering.
– The management methods put in place to maintain this heritage while respecting natural resources and biodiversity.
– Additional actions implemented to promote the quality of public space (heritage, furniture, roads, facades, signs, cleanliness, etc.).
– The coherence of landscaping and its management according to the different places of the municipality.
The town of Rambouillet has just been confirmed at the 3 flower level, by one of the regional juries of the National Council of Towns and Villages in Bloom. This 20-year longevity at this level of requirement testifies to the continuous efforts made by the city to preserve and improve the living environment, to act in favor of landscaping and to highlight the heritage.
