Hiking advice Gazeran and Saint-Hilarion

Distance: 12.5km
Time: 2h30
City: Gazeran and Saint-Hilarion

Advice and tips:

In case of rain or muddy ground, by going to the Bois de Batonceau,
pass the forest barrier on your right then 1st on the left. The terrain will be more passable.
Be sure to stay on logging roads.

Between the wood of Batonceau and the place called Montlieu, listen carefully and watch through the woods. The Wallabys have occupied the premises since their escape from the Wild Reserve during the 1999 storm.

"A hike starting from a station other than Rambouillet which makes you meet the famous wallabies, and take part of the road to Santiago de Compostela".
