An open space of 40 m2 like a workshop where the steel of the angles, IPN, bay windows, metal door, mingle with the rough wood of the formwork boards.
The most rigorous choice of materials: The light gray waxed concrete floor echoes the Belgian slate basement. The large planks that cover the walls hide a wooden frame where different thicknesses of wood fiber form a healthy and optimum insulation behind 40cm stone walls.

A relaxing atmosphere, with bewitching charm.
The floor is just as neat and has several insulators and slabs as well as waxed concrete lying on a heated floor.
The old back wall has found a new youth adorned with a lime plaster. Its noble character gives the room the natural class of old buildings.

The Loft Jack Lauray's is equipped with a kitchen as soft as velvet, just like its 6 meter long linen serpentine curtains.
A 7-meter bamboo wooden terrace separates the building from the wooded garden.
Breakfast becomes a perfect moment of relaxation.
