    • Morning: guided tour of the Moulin de Rambouillet located at the National Sheepfold. Partner of the National Sheepfold, the Mill transforms cereals and legumes into wheat, rye, chickpea, lentil or buckwheat flour; the Mill favors its products for short and local circuits.
    • Afternoon: guided tour of the Omini farm with animal feeding
