A journey through the great history of tango.

In this concert in the form of a journey, the Duo Volveas offers you with the creativity and the ardor which characterizes it, to revisit the brilliant history of the tango through the repertoire of the Argentinian composer Astor Piazzolla. The duo
take the opportunity to shake up the codes of classical music through the audacity of their arrangements and their improvisations with the addition of original instruments, such as the melodica, the cajon, or the musical saw.
Coming from a high-level classical musical background, Armelle Sebban and Laetitia Bellanger discovered a common passion for tango, which they both danced, and naturally decided to form a duo around
compositions by Astor Piazzolla.
